Moving from an idea to a blue print to the hull, AquaVita I takes shape in April 2005.

***

We posted images of the construction of our dive boat to give you an idea of the building process, and the various elements that make a dive boat safe and comfortable.

The AquaVita is currently docked at Haulover Marina, on the north side of Solo on the Bay.

Take a look at pictures from the morning dive on December 28, 2005.

Engines are now mounted.

Working on the engine mounts is a time consuming process. If not positioned properly, divers will feel vibrations, and they won't be 'good.' Once measurements are complete, base supports will be secured.

The first of two engines hangs from a winch.

Shaping the fiberglass deck is done by hand, in a nearby work area.

We're proud of our tradition of excellence. Since 1973, we have built dive boats that now operate in Florida and the Caribbean. Our fishing boats can be found in marinas around the world. Each vessel is hand built by experienced craftsmen.
